New Zealnd famous with it geothermal activity including its geyser and hotspring.
Among these three I went to Wai-o-tapu which look more interesting and the fee is cheaper than others.
Lady Knox geyser ;-)
It is named Lady knox upon the name Lady Constance Knox daughter of the New Zealand 15th gavernor Uchter Knox
Next, going to Wai-O-Tapu thermal walk track. Here there are a lot of of hotspring pool with different speciality.
The sulphur cave. the hot steam bring the sulphur from below to the surface and the sulphur stick to the wall.
All the hot springs water flows to this lake from different pools but the water in this lake is no longer hot at all. Imagine a lot of hot water going out from the hot springs. masyaAllah.
Champagne Pool, the reason it is named so is the pool has a champagne glass shape. yes like a 'Y' shape.
It is among the hottest pool here. Both wide and height of this pool is more than 60m.
This hot spring pool is called the devils bath. The water has a lot of sulphur that is why this pool are yellow.
Hot Muddy Pool. You just cant take a mud bath here. The mud are too hot for human and one more reason this pool mud contain sulphur at some side.
